Employees Walt Oxley - President Contact MeWalt began as a residential carpenter and originally started the company as Ciarra Homes. By 1993 he had moved toward commercial framing and Incorporated as Ciarra Construction. Clients appreciate Walt’s extensive knowledge of framing and “direct-&-to-the-point” attitude regarding the services Ciarra offers. He believes in the establishment of long term relationships, both with our clients and with our employees. As a hands-on owner, he strives to offer insight and guidance to the Ciarra Construction team. With this perspective, Ciarra Construction continues to move in a positive direction, continuously increasing efficiency, quality and overall customer service. Contact Me John returned to Ciarra Construction in 2003 after having previously worked for the company for 5 years. His introduction to Carpentry consisted of building skateboard ramps in his back yard as a teenager. With 8 years of field experience in Residential & Commercial Framing and over 10 years of estimating experience, John oversees all aspects of field operations and Estimating for Ciarra framing projects. Contact Me Lein has undertaken innumerable tasks since she began with Ciarra Construction in 1996. Starting out as Receptionist and administrative support for the entire office she has been involved in almost every part of the behind-the-scenes workings of Ciarra over the years. Today Lein juggles all aspects of Human Resources including hiring, employee benefits, Safety programs, equipment scheduling/ transportation, and insurance. Ciarra Oxley - Project AdministrationContact Me Since her name was already on the building, Ciarra accepted a formal position at the company in 2005. With strong quick-thinking and Management abilities she is an absolute asset to the Team. From Contracts to Billing Ciarra handles many of the behind-the-scenes tasks for our G.C. and Spec. Home projects. Contact Me A.J. started with Ciarra in 1999 and has a passion for Framing. Walt claims that as young as 2 or 3 years old all A.J. wanted to do was hammer nails. As a Journeyman Carpenter and Foreman, A.J. has a niche for framing large retail shells quickly and accurately. Hector Carlos - ForemanStarting with Ciarra in 2002 as a Carpenter, Hector has been a continuous and reliable part of the Ciarra Construction team. In 2007 he was moved into a Foreman position and has taken on his new role with great enthusiasm. His abilities shine with projects that require creativity and thorough finishing touches. |
