Walt Oxley - President

Walt began as a residential carpenter and originally started the company
as Ciarra Homes. By 1993 he had moved toward commercial framing and
Incorporated as Ciarra Construction. Clients appreciate Walt’s
extensive knowledge of framing and “direct-&-to-the-point”
attitude regarding the services Ciarra offers. He believes in the
establishment of long term relationships, both with our clients and
with our employees. As a hands-on owner, he strives to offer insight
and guidance to the Ciarra Construction team. With this perspective,
Ciarra Construction continues to move in a positive direction, continuously
increasing efficiency, quality and overall customer service.
John Baumann – Senior Estimator
Contact Me
John returned to Ciarra Construction in 2003 after having previously
worked for the company for 5 years. His introduction to Carpentry
consisted of building skateboard ramps in his back yard as a teenager.
With 8 years of field experience in Residential & Commercial Framing
and over 10 years of estimating experience, John oversees all aspects
of field operations and Estimating for Ciarra framing projects.
Lein Clark – Human Resources Manager

Lein has undertaken innumerable tasks since she began with Ciarra
Construction in 1996. Starting out as Receptionist and administrative
support for the entire office she has been involved in almost every
part of the behind-the-scenes workings of Ciarra over the years. Today
Lein juggles all aspects of Human Resources including hiring, employee
benefits, Safety programs, equipment scheduling/ transportation, and
insurance.
A.J.
Oxley – General Superintendent / Estimator

A.J. started with Ciarra in 1999 and has a passion for Framing. Walt
claims that, as young as 2 or 3 years old, all A.J. wanted to do was
hammer nails. As a Journeyman Carpenter and Foreman, A.J. had a niche
for framing large retail shells quickly and accurately. He has recently
moved into a new position as General Superintendent to oversee field
operations and he also helps out with Estimating as needed.

Since her name was already on the building, Ciarra accepted a
formal position at the company in 2005. With strong quick-thinking
and Management abilities she is an absolute asset to the Team. From
Contracts to Billing Ciarra handles many of the behind-the-scenes
tasks for our G.C. and Spec. Home projects.
Maya Gonzales – Administrative Assistant

Starting with Ciarra Construction in 2005, Maya has continued to take
challenges head-on. She maintains the front office by acting as the
receptionist as well as taking on the task of Accounts Payable.
Allan Rodriguez – Foreman
Making his debut with Ciarra Construction in 2002, Allan has risen
from Apprentice to Foreman and continues to progress strongly in his
Framing and Leadership abilities. Known for consistently inspiring
clients to praise his performance, Allan is easy to work with and
instills confidence in our customers.
Lee Poland – Foreman
Lee began as a Carpenter with Ciarra Construction in 2003. His abilities
were quickly noted and it was not long before he took the role as
a Lead Carpenter. Today Lee is a Foreman that strives for perfection.
He excels with projects that require a keen eye and attention to detail.
Damon Freeman – Foreman/Superintendent
Damon has been with Ciarra since 2004. He is fluent in all aspects
of construction and is able to tackle any task with confidence. While
his talents are frequently utilized by working in a Superintendent
position for our residential remodel projects, he is also used as
a Foreman as needed.
Augustine Martinez – Foreman
Augustine joined the Ciarra Construction team in 2003 as a Carpenter
and has continued to expand his knowledge and capabilities while also
showing great leadership skills. In 2006 his ingenuity and determination
were noted and he was moved into a Foreman position after successfully
completing several small projects as a lead carpenter.

Starting with Ciarra in 2002 as a Carpenter, Hector has been a continuous
and reliable part
of the Ciarra Construction team. In 2007 he was moved into a Foreman
position and has
taken on his new role with great enthusiasm. His abilities shine with
projects that require
creativity and thorough finishing touches.
