About Us Ciarra Homes was born in 1983 as a General Contractor specializing in Custom Homes, Residential Remodeling and Subdivisions. Several years later Ciarra began to gravitate toward Commercial Wood Framing and in 1993 became Incorporated and officially changed to Ciarra Construction. Today, Ciarra Construction specializes in Commercial Wood Framing, Seismic Retrofit and Residential General Contracting. We are active in both new construction and renovation of commercial retail shells, structural retrofits and tenant improvements, as well as new and remodeled residential construction.
